Our short sleeved work shirt cut, made from 7oz cotton poplin fatigue cloth. ‘Fatigues' or ‘battledress’ were originally worn by military personnel as a more practical alternative to heavy and restrictive formal dress uniforms. Developed to be lightweight and breathable, fatigue cloth allowed for more freedom of movement in the combat field, while still offering the durability required for the rigours of army life. Inspired by these vintage fabrics, our 7oz weave is an ideal utilitarian choice for a summer shirt - both lightweight and hardwearing with a classic heritage appearance.

Fabric Focus

One-Washed

- Post construction, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Care Guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
