How to Use Our Return Portal
To provide a smoother and more convenient experience, we’ve launched a new return portal on our website. Now, you can initiate a return in just a few clicks and instantly receive a return label—no need for us to create the label internally.
Please follow these simple steps on how to use the returns portal:
1) Head to https://ironheart.loopreturns.com/#/
2) Enter your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email).
3) Enter the email address used to place your order.
4) Select which item you would like to return (if you are returning items from more than one order, please reach out to the team at shop@ironheart.co.uk).
5) Select the most appropriate reason for returning the item (this helps us improve and refine our service).
6) Choose whether you would like to exchange the item for a different size or opt for a refund/store credit.
7) Repeat steps 4-6 if you are returning more than one item from the same order.
If returning for a refund/store credit, navigate to the next page and hit “submit return”.
If you are exchanging for a different size, please choose a size from the available in-stock options. (if you would like to exchange for a completely different item, please reach out to the team at shop@ironheart.co.uk). You will then be prompted to input card details to pay for the shipping label.
Use the link to print your label to be attached to the package and dropped to your nearest UPS access point. You can view your nearest UPS drop off location here -
