Our modern slim-tapered cut jeans, made from 17oz Japanese duck canvas. Woven with a tightly plain weave, our duck fabric is an incredibly hardwearing alternative to heavyweight denim—rugged and stiff, but also very wearable. These jeans look great paired with a plain black or white tee, and are ideal for styling with your favourite denim jacket to avoid the “double-denim” look.

- 100% cotton
- Brown warp and weft
- Plain weave
- This fabric will slowly fade through wear and washing

Hardware & Construction

- Traditional button fly
- Iron Heart branded tack button at waistband

- Works Inc branded pocket rivets

- Hidden rivets on rear pockets
- Poly/cotton stitching for increased strength

- Single and double needle chain stitch construction
- Belt loops anchored at three points and sewn into the waistband

- Heavy cotton pocket bags and lined rear pockets

Fabric Focus

Sanforized & One-Washed

- Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction
- To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Stretch Details

- Our duck canvas allows for a little stretch in the waist and other areas put under pressure, but not as much as a denim weave

Care Guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
