Reminiscent of vintage 1950s-style denim, this 10oz non-selvedge fabric showcases a character-filled “neppy” finish. This distinctive texture is created through a slow weaving process using short-fibre yarns, resulting in cotton “neps” that protrude from the fabric's surface. Adding to the unique nature of the denim, the uneven warp yarns are rope-dyed indigo, while the weft yarns are reactive-dyed to impart a very subtle light blue tinge to the reverse side of the weave.
