10oz Neppy Selvedge Denim Coach Jacket - Indigo - No Patch

Size: Please select size

With a cut inspired by classic American sports overcoats from the 1960s and ’70s, our coach jacket blends functionality with retro style. Similar to a classic windbreaker, this model is designed with a deliberately oversized fit, allowing for ease of movement and heavy layering.

While this style of jacket is traditionally made from nylon to protect against the elements, we’ve opted for a 10oz Japanese nep selvedge denim — creating our most distinctive coach jacket to date. The denim is woven with an indigo rope-dyed warp and a  light blue weft, with the neppy warp yarn creating an irregular texture brimming with vintage charm. Unlike many of our denim jackets, this model is partially lined with a 6oz cotton twill — a primarily visual choice intended to conceal the pocket bags — while the back remains unlined to showcase the reverse of the weave.

Other key features include a snap-fastening main opening, rear cinches for an adjustable fit, and a drawstring hem with ribbed cuffs to reduce wind penetration.

Fabric Focus

Sanforized & One-Washed

- Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction
- To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Care Guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
