10oz Double Cloth Denim CPO Shirt - Indigo

Constructed from a 10oz double cloth, this shirt offers a unique take on our western style, pocketed CPO cut. With a more substantial feel than a traditional weave, producing this type of double cloth is a complex process that requires weaving two separate sets of warps and wefts using the same loom, intricately entwining the threads to create a hard-wearing, double-faced piece of fabric. In this case, the outer face has an indigo rope dyed warp and weft, whilst the reverse has an indigo-dyed warp with an ecru weft. This all adds up to create a very special shirt with really unique fading potential. PLEASE NOTE - THIS OUTLET ITEM IS ONLY RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDIT

Fabric Focus

Sanforized & One-Washed

- Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction
- To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Care Guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
