Heavy Flannel Check Work Shirt - Blue

Rugged, warm, and windproof — our heavyweight flannel shirts are a staple of every Iron Heart fall/winter collection. In our efforts to explore more sustainable alternatives to the Aspero cotton used for our traditional ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts, this model is cut from a 10oz Japanese heavyweight flannel. Softer and slightly lighter than its Aspero counterparts, we’ve aggressively brushed the reverse of the fabric to increase thickness and improve heat retention.

While the 10oz weave means we’re not classing this as a UHF shirt, weight isn’t everything — this fabric still delivers the warmth, comfort and durable characteristics that our heavyweight winter flannels are renowned for.
