Our classic work shirt, cut from a lightweight 7oz cotton/linen chambray. By blending 65% cotton and 35% linen, this creates a softer, more breathable chambray fabric while maintaining the rugged characteristics expected of an Iron Heart fabric. The warp yarns are indigo-dyed and paired with a 100% linen light grey weft, giving the fabric a dark indigo hue when new, which will lighten and fade with beautiful vintage character as the shirt ages.

This model features all the hallmarks of our work shirt cut — button fastenings, a chest pocket pen holder, and side seam gussets with chainstitch runoff — but with upgraded triple-stitched side, arm, and shoulder seams for enhanced durability. Finished with tonal stitching and internal yellow bobbin thread for a subtle splash of colour.

Fabric Focus

One-Washed

- Post construction, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
