Oiled Weather Drizzler Jacket - Black

Drawing on classic jackets such as the Baracuta G9 and McGregor Drizzler, this reimagining blends elements of both into a versatile Harrington-style hybrid. In a nod to those original weatherproof sports jackets, this version uses a dense 6.5oz plain weave cotton canvas treated with a latex wax-oil coating. Known in Japan as “Weather” cloth, the coating adds significant water repellency and windproofing, while adding stiffness and heft.

Beyond the fabric, defining features of our Drizzler include a dual-button “dog-ear” collar — known in Japan as a “swing top” — deep D-stitched pockets, and a partially elasticated hem for a bomber-style blouson fit. For this season’s update, we’ve added action-pleated shoulders to improve manoeuvrability in an already unrestrictive design.
