The Project RE:LOVE Swatch Cushion is created from new offcuts saved from our hemming process. Instead of discarding them, we stitch them into patchwork cushions that carry the DNA of Iron Heart’s toughest fabrics.

Each cushion cover is handmade in Gosport, England, using the same vintage machines we rely on daily: Union Special for chain stitching, Singer darner and flat stitcher for reinforcement, and a 5-thread overlocker set to Iron Heart Japan specs. Each cover is designed to fit a 30cm x 50cm duck feather cushion pad (included) and is secured by three copper Iron Heart tack buttons.

Please be aware: the denim is brand new. Indigo may transfer onto lighter colour fabrics.

- All denim is new and unworn, sourced from hemming offcuts. Weights and colours will vary
- Indigo-dyed yarns will fade with wear
- Fastened with three Iron Heart branded copper tack buttons
- Polycotton stitching
- Reinforced seams for durability

- 30cm x 50cm John Lewis cushion pad is included. Cushion pad is 100% duck feather filling in a 100% cotton case. Made in Lancashire, UK, the cushion pad is Down Pass audited and tested

Project RE:LOVE is our initiative to extend the life of unwanted or retired Iron Heart clothing. However, not all pre-worn items we receive are in good enough condition to be resold as RELOVED garments — but that doesn’t mean their journey ends there. In our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction, unsellable jeans that would otherwise end up in landfills are upcycled into a range of unique, handcrafted accessories.

- Spot clean only — washing may cause shrinkage and distortion
- Not returnable if washed — washing is done at your own risk
- Expect panels to wear, fade, and soften in completely unique combinations
