These double-knee overalls are constructed from our 12oz indigo wabash and feature all the details synonymous with our workwear overalls. A double fabric layer that runs from the top of the thigh to the bottom of the knee provides improved durability and is secured at the top of each leg with two brass rivets that express our over-engineered approach to design. Finished with adjustable shoulder straps, triple-needle chain stitched seams and the classic hammer loop on the left leg. Please note: this is a preview based on the final samples received by IHUK. The sizing information will be available once full production runs have been received and measured. Some details may change between the samples and the production runs. 12oz Japanese Wabash

- A traditional workwear fabric that dates back to the 1800s

- 100% cotton
- 
Twill weave

- Rope-dyed warp and weft yarns

- Post-weave, the dots are bleached onto the face of the fabric
- This fabric will fade with vintage character through wear and washing

Double Front Overalls - Features & Construction

- Zipper fly
- Rivets at all points of stress
- Cotton twill internal reinforcements
- Fully lined rear pockets
- Tool loop and two additional tool pockets
- Poly/cotton constructional stitching
- Published waist measurement is taken by measuring the outside of the waistband, due to thickness of fabric and construction, the inside waist will be smaller (although they are made oversized to wear over other clothing)
- For reference, if you normally take a 33 in Iron Heart Jeans, 32 will give you a fitted look, 34 will be relaxed

Sanforized & One-Washed

- Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction
- To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage.
- No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines

Stretch Details

- This fabric is not expected to stretch significantly at the waist or in other areas

Care Guidelines

- We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
