SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you have a question that is not answered below please do not hesitate to reach out to us at shop@ironheart.co.uk and we'll be more than happy to help.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order total is USD200 or more, we will ship your order for free*. If your order is less than USD200 the applicable shipping cost will be added to your total order value at checkout (UK £8, Rest of World US$35).

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All orders ship from our UK distribution centre.

We send orders via a fast, tracked, signed for courier service. In the UK we currently use DPD Local but have the option of UPS as well. For international orders we UPS.

Current shipping estimates are as follows, from the time of dispatch:

Eastern USA, Eastern Canada - Next working day

Central and Western USA and Canada - 2-3 working days

Australasia - 4-7 working days

Asia - 2-3 working days

Middle East - 5-7 working days

South America - 3 working days

Central America - 3 working days

Western Europe - Next working day

Eastern Europe - 2-4 working days

Norway - 1-2 working days

Scandanavia - Next working day

When will you ship my order?

We try to ship the same or following working day from receipt of order, especially straightforward orders. However, before we ship we will often contact you to check sizing, and these conversations can sometimes take a day or so, especially if there is several hours' time difference from the UK. If for any other reason we cannot process and ship your order quickly, we will email you with an explanation and order status.

Must my delivery be signed for?

Because of the high value of our goods, our default is to send your order with the requirement for a signature on delivery. We can waive the signature requirement, at your own risk. Instances of non-delivery are very rare, but if you request that signature on delivery be waived and the package goes missing after arrival at your local depot we will not accept responsibility for the lost goods. Likewise, if you choose to waive the signature requirement after the order has been shipped (for example via UPS MyChoice) we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery.

What is your "Stacking" shipping option?

We have a system we call “stacking” whereby you can avoid paying shipping on orders under US$200 (or GBP/EUR equivalent) by having them “stacked” (for a maximum of 90 days) which means we keep the items until such time as your cumulative orders reach US$200 or more.

This is useful if you want to buy an item costing less than US$200 – for example a t-shirt – that may sell out quickly, and are happy to wait for it rather than pay shipping. If you use our “stacking" option, we will automatically ship once combined orders reach a value of US$200 (or GBP/EUR equivalent) or more. You can of course contact us to request items to be held for longer. PLEASE NOTE - if you use “stacking” this may affect your options if you decide to return an item after stacking for more than 30 days: depending on the amount of time elapsed we may only be able to offer store credit instead (no refund), or we may deem the item(s) no longer returnable.

Where do you ship to?

We use UPS as our international courier and any country they can access, we'll ship to.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to ship orders to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
