Resell. Repair. Repurpose.
Project RE:LOVE is our commitment to keeping Iron Heart garments alive in the lifecycle — through resale, repair, or reinvention. Fast-moving trends and changing fits can leave great clothes behind. But we believe there’s more life in them yet. Depending on the condition of what you send us, we’ll direct each piece into one of three paths:
1) Add to our archives. If the denim tells a story — worn, faded, and full of life — we may add it to our archive. These pieces might be featured in our online Hall of Fades or displayed in the bricks-and-mortar stores of our retail partners. Your old pair could become a future icon.
2) RE:LOVED— Repaired & Reworn If the piece still has wear left in it, we’ll put it through our 5-point repair process — cleaning, restoring, reinforcing and making it ready for someone new. As well as giving them a new lease of life, 10% of all RE:LOVED sales go to charity. So far, the project has raised $17,639 for the Blue Marine Foundation, supporting ocean conservation efforts.
3) New! Repurposed — Iron Heart, Reimagined When denim is too far gone to wear again, we repurpose it into something else entirely — right here in-house. Using only unsellable Iron Heart denim, we create a growing range of slow-crafted, small-batch goods.
Cut and stitched in our UK workshop using original Union Special, Kansai and Singer machines, these pieces carry the soul of the jeans they came from — reworked, not wasted.
Help Us Grow Project RE:LOVE
We’re now calling for well-worn Iron Heart jeans and shirts that can’t be resold but still have plenty of life left in the fabric. These pieces are perfect for our in-house repurposing line.
If it’s too far gone to wear, but too good to waste — send it in. You’ll be helping us extend the life of Iron Heart materials, reduce waste, and create one-of-a-kind pieces built from the jeans and shirts that built our brand.
So how does it work?
You have an Iron Heart jacket, vest, shirt or pair of pants that you’re either thinking about getting rid of or needs replacing. Instead of discarding these, you send them in to us here at IHUK in exchange for a discount code for 15% of the original value of item(s). See the products listed for sale here.
Step 1) Fill in the form below, including two photos of your item of clothing (front and back). Please note that uploads are limited to two images only. If you have multiple items, then you wll need to submit multiple forms.
Step 2) We will then review the item(s), and then contact you regarding their future.
Step 3) We will send you a prepaid UPS label to return the item(s) to us, and we will issue you 15% store credit of the original value.
