Iron Chef WAYCT - What Are You Cooking Today

Finex for the win….
And the Tortillas look ace.....
Thanks G!
Finex is amazing stuff. Much like IH, WESCO beyond worth it. I picked it up last fall after some going back and forth. I was really unsure if it was worth it with lodge stuff being so affordable/good. Am I glad I made the jump.
I cook with it daily most days multiple times a day. I've gotta say anyone thinking about getting one definitely should! Quality is off the charts, and I'll have it for a lifetime.
The tortillas will be a staple for now on as simple as they are to make.
Next maybe ill take after you G and try some bread or pizza dough

Great baking today guys! Please keep it up as I enjoy reading it during our lockdown and may even convince me of trying my hand out at making bread.

On Friday when I went to the supermarket, there was lots of fresh fruit and veg discounted to laughable levels ( a sad indictment of or local populous imo). Packets of heritage tomatoes - 12 cents, packets of fresh green beans - 10 cents, and fresh mangoes - 11 cents each…..
So I bought a bunch of the mangoes and am now converting them into chutney....

Nice! It would go great with pakoras or some naan .

@Chris In my 20’s, I would have eaten that “salad”.
I think I’ve posted this a while back, but seeing as I mentioned high calorie «salads», here you go:
This was dinner today. Chorizo, chick peas, preserved bell pepper and coriander. Served with a large dollop of creme fraiche. About 750 cals per serving (or two of the vanilla buns I made on Saturday ).
