Anyone here play video games?

This looks so good.
-
Hopefully this gets delayed and more polish… Because it looks very rough, if not mediocre.
-
I myself am looking forward to Dying Light 2, the first is easily top 5 ever for me
-
@Joberwocky that looks pretty good. I never played the first one. I might check it out.

NSFW warning: gratuitous violence, gore, and n*zi occultism

I just wanted to point out that you can get Xbox Gamepass for three months, for $1 and play the above game, Zombie Army 4 at no additional cost. The DLC in the above trailer if an additional cost, but you can play the base game for free.

I saw this just now and got excited thinking it was a new MK Shaolin Monks game. I got Punk'd.
Edit: it's just an animated movie. In case you're wondering.

I was up until almost 4 am playing this game Man Eater last night. It's on Xbox Gamepass. It's got a Metroid Prime vibe to it and is very relaxing to play, and yet the combat can be very fast and frenetic. Lots of secret areas and the RPG leveling up system is very addictive.
The art style is great too. They even got what real underwater radiation looks like, Cherenkov radiation is blue. I've seen this in person at a nuclear power plant one time.

I made to Level 30 Mega shark in that game. You are a monster by this point. It's like in Ninja Gaiden Black when you get the Dark Dragon Blade or Metroid Prime when you get the
Varia suitScrew Attack. What a fun game it is. I haven't played a game I enjoy this much since like RDR2. -
lol that's the game my mate's been trying to convince me to play. I keep telling him "surely you're having a laugh" "seriously, it can't be that fun"
-
Oh it's pretty fun. The combat is a lot like an flying/ dogfighting game because it is underwater. I have been enjoying it a ton.
-
I need to be awake at 5 am. But I wanted to stay up and finish the game.8.5/10 great game. I would give it a 9 but I encountered several bugs and crashes. It's not a masterpiece… But a really fun indie game. I definitely recommend it.

About to get my gaming rig (PC) back up in about two weeks. Also am going to set up all of my consoles. New house has an extra room which is my office (cough Man Cave). I need to secure a new PS5 as well.

@Filthy I didn't realize you had been playing Maneater! I played this to 100% a few weeks ago and loved it, from the goofy narration to the blatant over powered feeling late game. I used the Bone Shark mainly to just tear through boats, I was basically maxed out before the last area. A few bugs, but a nice change of pace game. I e been aging Empire of Sin recently, I get sucked I to turn based strategy
-
Yeah it was a great game… perfect length and was basically Metroid Prime shark version
-
I HIGHLY recommend Resident Evil 8: Village!! What an amazing game it was. I binged straight through for nine hours. It's definitely a worthy successor to RE4 (the GOAT).
I didn't like it at first because I had a third-person gameplay is superior to fist confirmation bias… But the game really sucks you in. There's a couple really weird completely impossible things that happen to the protagonist. But it is all explained by the end of the game and makes sense.
The story is pretty much RE4/Evil Dead/Saw with a little Tim Burton thrown in there too. And the second to the last act is like completely mind-blowing. There's also a part of the game that was so scary, my hands were actually shaking. But the majority of the game is pretty much action.
I absolutely love the game and am playing through again with better weapons. This was an addictive part of RE4, replaying the game to get awesome guns and being completely invincible.
-
Even if you don't like video games, check this out. Mind blown.

I've been playing "the ascent" recently, good semi mindless top down shooter
