actually pretty easy Chris. When you pay customs or duties on a package CBSC has the form with the amount of taxes customs, ect on it. On the back side of that form are easy check boxes for filling out. All you need to do is provide returning shipping info with tracking to show that item has been returned. Then mail off that form with proof of return shipping and tracking. then its just the waiting game. Usually get all your taxes and duties back. The only money you won't get back are the transaction fees that customs charge which these days is usually 9.95. PM me if I can help in any other way

the ebay company of the above link will make private auctions for any amount of snaps you want. just send them a message with what you want and they make up a private auction. have bought from them many times with great results. they have black squares as well.
