Yes, we are doing with Simmons Bilt and the leather is in all probability the same. The sample is the Guile King:

In the natuaral horsehide.
We're in fevered internal debate as to whether we keep the production run pretty much as per the sample or whether we change the whole concept to a natty HH version of this….

I agree. The less boxy the better. Also the slimmer upper arms the better. IMHO.

If we stick with the GK, I'm going to move the arm zippers. When I originally conceived of the GK, I wanted zippers, but I wanted them very unobtrusive, so I put them at the back of the sleeve. Worked a dream when we made the GK out of Goat, but in the HH, they are really fucking annoying where they are ??? ???

I just went under the shower in it.
This is the Clayton natural horse hide, right? I'm very curious to see what the results are.
And where are you thinking of moving the zippers? I'd suggest the sides, because front placement is rather annoying, too. Actually, I'd suggest just leaving the sleeve zips off entirely.

I just went under the shower in it. After about 3 minutes, the inside was still dry, I had to take it off to get it wet through…..
What’s the point of this? Do to do this with all the leather jacket samples?
-
^ I'm guessing that's the picture of the jacket post shower soaking. The creases in the sleeves are really taking shape.
-
^ It appears that showering in this jacket has assisted the breaking in process with the added bonus of helping to mould it to your own specific shape G. Nice

Enough of this white horsey porn. I’m still lusting after more pics of the black perforated one.

No significant changes in color or feel of the leather, just sped up break in time?
And you're a size 44, right?
