Yeah the guy had done a beautiful job. Battery gone, so kickstart only. The expansion chamber was handmade and so so pretty - you can kind of see it in the second pic. Just a lovely little bike.

It's a RX Yamaha, but not sure of year. Probably late nineties. Wish I had made a recording of it - nothing like the sound of a two-stroke.

To all my Harley bros. What do yall think about the new Street Glides and Road Glides? I personally like them and I love that they come with a 117 CI motor now. That’s a shit ton of power. I’ve got the 107 in my road glide and it’s still a ton of fun. Plus the price is pretty great considering what you get for $26K

I didn’t test ride one yet but saw one during a presentation. Whilst it’s impressive in terms of power and modern technology finding it’s space with all the digital screens, it’s not my reason to ride a Harley. I fully understand everyone that likes the new models, but I just like the old iron, analog gauges, rattling and shaking.

@Jett129 the hydra glide was a bike Harley made in the 1940s and 50s. I’m sure them re-releasing it had something to do with the movie coming out. Movie looks dope though! Anything Tom Hardy is in is usually great IMO

@Choko I knew that and I’ve occasionally seen them over the years at Cruise Nights and other motorcycle events. And the Motorcyclepedia, which I’ve been to several times, in Newburgh,NY has at least 1 Harley from every year they were made. I know that whenever Haraki comes to NY his time is very limited, but he would love this place,if there was ever a way to get him there. @Alex. www.motorcyclepediamuseum.org
