Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

I think you should post some additional fit pics, neph. You make that one look so good, I almost want one, and I've never owned a vest in my life.

I believe it is time the IHD-01 makes a comeback.
I love layering "shackets" in the fall but having a double yoke UHF under 17 (and now 18oz) of double yoke denim makes it hard to move around.
While I love the feeling of having nearly 60oz of fabric draping my shoulders, having a single yoke "Shacket" option would be wonderful.

I picked one up for a steal off ebay. Didnt know much about it (other than it was IH and the measurements worked - pretty much good enough for me in terms of qualifications :D) and absolutely love it and it has been almost an everyday piece for me the last couple months.

I'll second the sentiment for a IHSH-16 comeback. It's probably my all time favorite IH shirt.
I reckon you could go back through IH's entire back catalog and revive quite a few product. I didn't even know about IH 7-8 yrs ago so there's a ton of stuff I missed out on.

Ha! I actually had done that with old threads….that's how I came across the 16.
IMHO though, I feel like a chambray western (full yoke) is a classic. Similar to a denim western shirt. I know H typically doesn't like "reissues" of back catalogued IH items, but (again IMHO) the heavy chambray western could be considered one of those 21 essentials.
Plus, the colourways are endless and look so epic pretty much anyway you run it.
Obviously, this is all subjectively my opinion. But this has been one IH piece that I just can't get out of my head

Having handled both I think they're 99% the same (for me). But the Indigo colour of the 16 was really unique.

@gaseousclay A few years ago remakes were almost unheard of. If you missed out and wanted something you had to work pretty hard to find your grail. Then G and H-san started choosing one or two shirts to revisit. It started with the red and black buffalo check UHF which I believe there have been three or four iterations of up until now. It tends to be UHF's that get remade.
This started a debate on the forum about whether this was good for the brand. Some folks (especially older heads) felt that half the fun was trying to get something on release day or having to track down "grails" because you missed out or weren't around.
IIRCC, Giles take on it was that with the growth and development of the brand and it's audience some select re-releases would be good, to let people get things that were long gone again and because the sheer amount of shirts that has amassed through the years meant that certain items are just too popular not to do that with. I get the impression that this is a carefully curated process though.
As someone who only came into this a little over three and half years ago I'm pleased that things can make a comeback, the proposed 107 remake being a case in point. As long as IH keep the remakes on point and limited, and keep up the innovation at the same time, then the future's bright [emoji41]
