Where do we report issues with the new forum?
-
@68degreesorless those products are pointing to the correct forum threads for me?
Can you share the error message?
-
-
Yes exactly
-
@68degreesorless Just checking which system you are using to see if it plays a part.
-
@Matt click on chats, when the chats come up, at the bottom left, click on all read.
-
@tody we've not pushed any changes yet, no.
From testing we've noticed that the more you browse and more topics you've read, images will be cached, so load quicker.
When browsing old, longer threads on mobile I noticed initially, as the page was loading that the thread moved. But next time I returned to that thread, and the 'latest' (bottom) post, I didn't have the issue. I appreciate, it's subjective and there are a number of variables in play.
We're hesitant to disable lazy-loading, as it will be detrimental to performance and significantly increase load time for pages.
On the whole, I've not had the issue on bigger screens, mostly contained to loading on mobile.
We're constantly looking in to improvements our end, but I'm glad it's a smoother experience for you currently!

That worked Sam @ROman The All Read tab isn't visible on mobile which is where I typically am. It was right where you said it would be on the laptop though. Thanks.

@AdamJ Thanks for the reply, I'll keep an eye on that. Something else: Here, ist seems, old threads have not been taken over from the old forum: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/category/126/fall-winter-2021-shirts

@goosehd desktop with chrome browser

@tody that category won't have anything in it, as seasonal shirts get moved into the parent Shirting category when they go live. I'll purge any old blank ones
The other categories, also in other seasons, do have threads in them, though

IHUK Crew, Talking with @Anesthetist on chat yesterday (using a mobile phone), and neither of could figure out to add a photo in a chat. there's text showing you can drag and drop, but we're stuck at that point as it doesn't make sense.
-
@jordanscollected we've rolled out that very feature today. When you're on chat you should now see the upload images button

Timely.
