Nothing too complicated, really.
I actually moved to and live in these place/countries.
All you have to do is work for a multinational/international or foreign company and not being afraid of moving abroad.

For me a truly exotic and bizarre place is Texas (and most of the USA) - much of it just doesn't make sense or is out of control. Unfortunately, my wife being from Oregon/Washington, she won't let me go anywhere near those places…
