@Mizmazzle
awesome dude
was at the optician yesterday to order mine. Have 3 Evan’s now and still thinking about which one to change first. Think the hickory fade will be my first choice, or the "brut" I ordered yesterday. Will wear them as daily glasses not sunglasses️. Pretty excited how that works out

@Daniel-San going RX is a game changer!!
-
@Mizmazzle Awesome!
I still need RX in my Molino 55 >.> -
Completely agree about prescriptions in the JMM’s. If you can, go with the Zeiss lenses
I love mine. Also, JMM needs to improve their standard lense in all sunglasses. I’ve been wearing my Maui Jims on vacation and find that nothing beats them…
Just my $.02 and I know it’s been discussed ad nauseam.

@Danimal506 I remember my first pair of RX sunnies...I love to fish. It changed everything for me in that regard. The clarity of vision was crazy. Didn't even realize how blurry everything had become.
-
@goosehd
chosen Zeiss lenses too
little more pricey but the optician highly recommended them.
Do you have them only as sunglasses Dennis , or normal ones too ? -
@Mizmazzle Putting on glasses for the first time is like putting in your first pair of Iron Heart jeans. A whole new world opens up haha

Evans in brut arrived yesterday
-
Richard just arrived, fantastic frame again
colour is called Cobra. Will get the Evans in Cobra too
-
Frames like this are so fragile. Guess I need to have it repaired.. JMM Arp
-
Has anyone tried to polish their frames?
My Molino 55 have developed a bit of cloudyness to them.I’ll try to get a picture after work.
-
@Danimal506
normally it’s absolutely no problem to polish acetate frames . Guess a good optics shop will be able to.
or do you want to do it yourself? -
@Daniel-San I’m not opposed to a reputable shop doing them. I’ll have to do some research to see if anyone in Austin, TX retails JMM. I bought them off the website years ago.
I was hoping just a polishing cloth and a light compound would do the trick.

@Danimal506
I think JMM will do it too, at least they do repairs. So they should be able to polish
but of course a local retailer would be easier and cheaper.
