Just to reiterate what’s been said about TJ and his service/support…everything I have purchased through him has been exceptional as well as his communications with me during the process.
He has always answered my questions and will double check a measurement if I needed. He has also been supportive after the sale by confirming fits (sent by pictures) to him as well as phoning me once to make sure I was happy with one of my buys.
He’s got a great thing going and I support him and his operation 100%.
To be certain, TJ is one of, if not the best, in the business. Great guy!

awesome guy for sure !! chatted a few times with him on instagram

Purchased the chore jacket a couple months ago (yet another awesome piece I could not get out of my head due to this forum) and wanted to pile on all the love: TJ is the real deal.

@flannel-slut @goosehd @Daniel-San Heck ya, TJ is the man. For me growing up as a Canadian Snowboard kid, TJ was an absolute legend in the scene. Everybody looked up to him. He brought the same energy and enthusiasm to snowboard products back in the day as he does now. It is so rad to see where he has come with the Shop and I am stoked to see all the future projects he has up his sleeve. I mentioned to him the other day that if a product passes the TJ eye test, then you know it is going to be insane.

@flannel-slut what colour, homie?
-
@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot went with the navy. What a piece bud
-
@flannel-slut damn skippy
-
-
@pechelman 30s car coat black ecohorsehide

@Daniel-San are you saying yours loosened/opened up a bit in the rain after getting wet? My western Henry is a tad tight in the chest, I haven’t worn it in the rain so I’m curious…
-
@nrtphotos
no I won’t say that. it moulded more and the leather seems to soften up a little more.
Is your shirt horse ? If so , I wouldn’t expect much stretch if at all. -
soften up nicely

My experience with Y2 Horsehide has been that it softens up in areas of high tension (tight areas) and creases/shrinks in areas of low tension… but unfortunately no stretch

After I decided that the lovely the Shop collabos are too pricey for me with all the customs fees and taxes I ordered something else from Y'2 for a very good price with a little discount. Vintage HH Café Racer Jacket.
Love the looks and quality of it but am not sure about the fit on me. Like to wear it with my most beloved IH shirts or a cozy hoodie under it but it looks kind of bulky doesn't it? Also it's kind of restrictive in the shoulders, I can move and sit without a problem but don't know if it should be that way? Only had a HH jacket ages ago and that was a totally different cut. The Y'2 is size 46, what do you think?
-
@FlavourFade Can't really tell from the pictures that it's too bulky. But I'd be concerned with the sleeves being a little short.
-
@FlavourFade Perfect dude, nice jacket.
@tody It is not the sleeves of the jacket being too short, it is the sleeves of the shirt being too long.
-
@tody @Neru-6 thanks guys! Yes, the sleeves on my IH shirts are always a little too long, because I wear an XXL to get the chest and shoulders right and just deal with the sleeves
So from your experience, the shoulders should open up and get a little softer and more flexible? I heard the Y'2 HH drapes quite fast with wear
