Same. The shade looks quite a bit lighter than the 17oz duck which is more appealing to my eye.

Surprised you went xl. That's the size I would've chosen based on the measurements. Canoe Club and R&H are carrying this as well. Hopefully i'll have the funds

I've lost a wee bit of size due to a recent gym injury so these smaller measurements are working out perfect for me.
