Okay, slubby denim and IH over engineering?
Not since Nelson split the line of battle at Aboukir Bay to defeat Brueys d'Aigalliers or Mink DeVille did the Cadillac Walk has there been such excitement 'round this house. Okay, so maybe those two things are not like the other thing but this stuff rocks my boat. -

From what I can see, that's exposed weft @Paul9221 . Nep is when there are little fluffy pieces of cotton trapped in the twill. Nep eventually rubs off. The irregularity of slub here is exposing weft to create this effect.

Yeah, I think you're right. Nep seems a lot more irregular while this is more patterned. Good observation!
