White's Boots

@SKT Congrats on the purchase although 7-8 months is a long time to wait. You should definitely revisit this thread after they arrive and let everyone know what they're like. They look awesome but I'm keen to hear first hand impressions.
A pair in 9.5D available here for anyone that is interested (note: these aren't mine and I don't know the seller!)

@SKT:
I will definitely post some pics and impressions when they get here. Thanks for the heads up on the ones for sale on the forum. Those are my size and I actually saw them AFTER I ordered mine from Baker’s. I’m not in any hurry and it was a good deal so I’m happy to bide my time.
I can’t see where the link is supposed to go but those are probably the ones I bought if they’re 9.5D. I also saw them after I bought from Bakers… but I snapped them up anyway.

Got it. Those are not the ones I bought. They’re pretty nice.
So… I was thinking with SS23 around the corner and a handful of GAH items on my radar, I’m wondering if I need two pairs. I bought the burgundy C350 Cutters from the Bakers sale but then I got the Bounty Hunters shortly thereafter for an unbeatable price. My wife knows about the BHs I have so that’s no sweat, but there’s no way I can convince her I got another pair for cheap enough to keep her from freaking out.
I really love the roughout BHs. Should I cancel the order?

Less pairs also equals more patina

I gather you followed the consensus view and ordered 0.5 down from your Brannock size?
Yes my usual boot size for boots Red Wing moc toe, engineers, Danner etc and my Chuck Taylor size is 9.5. Everything else is 10 except Nike which is 10.5. The 9.5 in my Whites is just right for me. Mind you, I like a bit of room in the toe box. Nothing crazy, I just hate when my toe touches the front.

So White's have just updated the product page for their Rambler boots and the photos look a little different. I'm trying to figure out if these still have an unstructured toe or not? I definitely prefer the unstructured toe.
