IHSW-10-BLK - 14oz Ultra Heavyweight Loopwheel Cotton Zip Up Hoodie - Black

@SKT:
Looking for some size advice. I’m normally a large in UHF and typically look for around 22” p2p. Would a large be the call for one of these? I’ve read they stretch some and don’t want to be swimming in one after initial wear. The cool weather coming here has me really wanting to add some warm options.
I wear the same size in the UHF and sweatshirt.
The only stretch I’ve noticed is the opening. But that stretch has been substantial. About 10cm.

Now that my wife knows this mustard color is soon to exist, she wants me to not buy the burgundy and instead wait until spring to get an IH loopwheel hoodie.

But the burgundy looks SO good! Especially with that white/grey logo!
IIRC, you looked pretty dapper in that burgundy quilted parka. It's your color, man!

Good news. General rule of thumb, same size as UHF? I took some measurements and it seems to be a good rule.
Trust the measurements! Did you measure a hoody that fits how you like it the IH-way? If so compare them with the measurements of the hoody you want and go from there.
I wear M in both UHF and Hoodys. Of course they fit very different as the cuts are quite different. My UHFs in M are a trim fit on me while the hoodys are a relaxed boxy fit.Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

Since you have the thermals in M and wish you would've gone with an L, I'm going to recommend you go with an L. But @HighOnFire is right. The best way to know for sure is to measure a similar sweater. Just keep in mind that the IHSW-10 is pretty beefy compared to most
I used to buy the IH ultra heavy sweater in L because the M was too short, but now that they've increased the length on the sweaters, the M is perfect. I have to list those Ls

I have worn Iron Heart hoodies over 9 years
My experience is size up from your shirt size..
Wear them bit looser, having them true to size gets stretchy
Which I don’t like…Bear in mind these are heavy weight, want it to be comfortable.
I have worn true to size, which I will never wear again..
Then again it’s up to you how you wear yours.
I have uploaded photos on page 8 take a look.
