damn the first 2 with the lake looks mesmerising!
Thanks @louisbosco - I was chuffed with how they came out
Yeah, it was a windy old day…..
It was so bright and still, can't imagine conditions to shoot crisper reflections

I started using a very small and portable tripod for some of my Iphone forum pics and thought someone else may find it useful.
Strong points: ease of use, super portable, ultra light weight, cheap,
Weak ones: main one is lack of legs, so either you love ground level perspective or your find a table, car hood, etc.
It really cuts down on time to set up the phone and take the pic. Only about 25 dollars, weighs probably 10 grams and fits in your wallet ( about the size of two credit cards glued together).

Those things look great! I think maybe @jordanscollected posted on here before about using one of those as well? Now that I've seen it recommended a couple times, I'm feeling the heat a little more.
I need to get a new iPhone, though — the camera on mine sucks (8S+) compared to some of the cooler ones I've seen on the forum using portrait mode. The main reason I don't post too many fit pics on here is bc I usually end up getting out my DSLR and a tripod, oy.

@popvulture. Posted one but didn’t buy it. I’ve been considering it though and I think I have the storage space in my wallet for one. I need to revisit.

Ahh! Right on. Seems really handy, will let y'all know if I pull the trigger.

Love those @Jett129

Unbelievable colouring and a nice composition there

Honestly blown away by the quality of macro shots on the new iPhone 13pro. granted it's nothing too spectacular, but for a mobile device, I have to say I'm quite impressed. of course, you can't compare it to dedicated macro lenses with DSLRs

Looks really good for , like you say…a mobile device.
Im still more than happy with my 12pro-max .. probably won't update for at least a couple of years. -

Im still more than happy with my 12pro-max .. probably won't update for at least a couple of years.yeah the 12pro max was brilliant, especially in night settings. having the sensor shift technology in that was huge. glad they brought it down to the non max version.
