Are the new versions still slated for release Mid-November?

Just a question on measurements… the chest measurement, is that the outside put to put, i.e. the XXL is 25.3 but would the interior be slightly less? I’m an xxl in IH shirts but don’t want to assume I’m an XXL in the jacket.

That’s correct. Check the video on the product page that demonstrates IHUK’s measuring methods.
You’re right not to assume. Shirts, jackets and tops all sew up differently so tagsize alone can be misleading. I have the same experience as @sabergirl in that I’m an XL in most shirts, have an XL deck jacket, but if I don’t layer it’s too big. I’d want to size down to wear over a single layer.

Thanks you two? I didn’t see the video for jackets but I’ll have a look tonight. I rarely later loads as I don’t like being too bulky so usually a tee and shirt is all I wear under a jacket.
-
Same here. Usually I wear L in IH Shirts, but when I tried the IHM-14 in L it was quite roomy.
Currently I‘m waiting for the 2017 version to arrive at my local retailer and to try on a size M.Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk

Advice always helps. I’ll probably start with an XXL and see how it goes. I’m in the UK so sending it back isn’t that big of an issue. It’s just gotten so cold all of a sudden.
-
Seriously, just size down. If I want to use my N1 as a winter jacket I have to layer heavily. It’s warm sure, but Norway kicks it’s ass unless there are henleys plus UHF’s under it. I’ve just bought an IHV-28 to wear under mine. It’ll fit. If you’re in the UK you’ll be good with an XL and one or two thinner layers.

Jacket sizing is tough based on the numbers alone, which is why I appreciate the fit pics on 'known' models so much. I am squarely in the size down camp on this one, and can still multi layer nicely.
Absolute kick ass jacket!Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
