Today I'm doing a 10k obstacle course, so the bandana will be making that trip with me and getting covered in all sorts of crap.

Standard start to the day with some pour over, I love this mug, perfect size.

Mug purchase, once this one leaves.

Thanks @neph93. I've only done a couple of nuts/Spartan events but they are good fun. A couple of us are talking about coming over to Oslo next year and doing Tough Viking.
