Delivery guys said "Yeah this won't work, we won't be able to get it upstairs through this narrow hallway… We can try, but then you have to sign this form saying all damage is on you..."
PISS OFF ya lazy cunts... Got it upstairs in two with me mate, whilst making crude jokes... Wrapped it in plastic, Laura Palmer-wise; not a scratch on the paint, not a nick on the fridge.
It's a BEAST btw... In pic, compared to a standard bottle of Talisker 10yo.
Delicious beer:

If anyone ever tells you that Seul is a bit of a bell end then it was probably me, and I'd be correct.
He is also a bald, generous, brilliant bell end. Cheers mate !

I really enjoy that Storm King, but the fresher the better. The hops need pronunciation in order to get that damp fresh rain effect on the palate
I had one ages ago but was non-plussed. Picked up two more as I fancied an impy and my store was poorly stocked and it's certainly better than I remembered. Maybe these were fresher. Certainly has a nice dry bite to it that was unexpected.

My experience with Victory beers has been that they're more age dependent that most. The Storm King is better when it's fresh, the Golden Monkey is better when it's aged, etc. Mostly doesn't seem worth the trouble of remembering.

Very nice, strong bitter taste.

It's the only way for Mega to know what one that large and firm feels like.
