Same size in both but the 13 is a little more snug after many hot washes and trips through the dryer.

I have same size in both 13 and 33. Ive washed the 13 a bunch but have never dried it, haven't noticed any shrinkage. I think the sleeves and overall length are a little shorter on the 13 than the 33 to start out with.

Not the 106.  A black chambray version of the 13 was, IIRC, green-lighted by H a while back.
