I like that one a lot!

Hey Guys,
Here’s my latest stuff – a couple of wallets! The 1st is a simple bifold constructed with a natural cow hide interior and an awesome piece of Horween #93 Buccaneer for the exterior, with bright blue stitching for a nice contrast. The 2nd wallet is a bit more involved and should work great for the person who prefers a larger wallet, but not too thick. It’s made from pebble-grain buffalo that’s been turned out (rough-out) with brown horsehide for the boarder trim, with a contrasting gold stitch. This one also has a natural leather interior with 4 card slots on the right and one receipt/bill pocket on the left. There is also a nice deep pocket between the interior and the exterior for even more cash to be stored! I think this one would pair fantastically with a nice pair of White’s Red Dog rough-out oxfords or boots - That’s why I built it!

Yea the rough out is awesome!

Hey Guys,
Here’s a few things I completed over the weekend. The belt, keychain and wallet are for a customer, and I liked the Latigo leather I used for the belt so much that I built a new collar for “Killer” my Miniature Dachshund! And just so no one gets jealous, I took a couple of pics of my prize-winning “Biscuit Hound”, Dottie Leigh as well. She’s currently sporting a bright orange hunting dog collar, but I’ll build her a new collar out of the same leather soon.
I also took the opportunity to get a few pics of the belt with my Wolverine 1000 Mile and Vasque Sundowner boots to get an idea of how the red Latigo leather would match. It’s not an exact match on either, but close enough, IMO. The wallet is made from some reddish/orange Horween leather and stitched with a matching color thread. Oh yeah, the last pic is of the belt keeper – I always stitch my keepers for a bit of added strength. Thanks for looking!

Much appreciation for the comments gents!!
That looks like it would actually creak if you stepped on it!
No feet allowed near these!

How do you do that…
My materials are colored pencils (Caran d'ache, Faber-Castell, Lyra), wax oil pastels (Caran d'ache Neocolor 1), a protractor and a strait-edge. Aside from the design elements particular to each piece, my fundamental method involves scribing lines and writing words. In my last post you might notice a spiral effect on a few of the pieces, here is an example of how i do that:

I think they are brilliant

Really bloody expensive colored pencils, but they do the trick. Here's a link:
