The plane is a Veritas No. 4 and It's amazing. Certainly a far better tool than I am craftsman.

My wife has decided that I need to do more projects around the house, which has allowed me to justify buying new and better tools.  I'll have to figure out which project absolutely cannot be done properly without one of those.;)

I'm looking forward to seeing your final results; hopefully it will be as you envisioned it.
