I thought the IHSW-03 was too small for me, but it was spot on. I usually take a xxxl in westerns and xxl in workshirts.
Well, this would fit snugly on me but would only be able to wear a t-shirt under it.
and the 03 is 1.5 inches more in the chest. That's a big difference.

There should be no shrinkage - Haraki has done the first wash for you…..
See the "roping" here, indication that it has already shrunk a fair bit…
