Iron Chef WAYCT - What Are You Cooking Today

Mmmmmm, that looks tasty. Better than my upcoming dinner. I'll just say that we're going to a gas station and let you draw your own conclusions.

My wife surely does cook an epic beef stew…......
Mmmm… doesn’t look so great in that pic, but it does taste good. Reason it appears to have reduced so much is that I cooked it yesterday, so it was last night’s dinner, tonight’s dinner and probably tomorrow evening’s too - after which I expect G to take over for a few days!

I started and wifey finished…
RAWs and Duck…
Fried sliced pork and beef, at the same time I sliced 3 paprika, 2 onions and tossed them in a teflon-pot.
Added some water, can of smashed tomatoes, can of arrabiata tomato sauce, 2 buillon cubes, 2 garlics, some spices and 2 dl sour cream. Let simmer at least 1 hour. The longer, the better. Cook Rice. Serve with salad on the side and slices of bread.
