Oak Street Bootmakers

I'm hoping this will be an IH boot "for the rest of us"
but with shell…I'm not holding my breath.
Any ideas on what type of sole?

Just the material cost would make this an elitist piece of footwear, Horween shell. I follow with interest but my assumption is it will be too rich for my blood. Though not too rich for my vicarious enjoyment

oh i missed that part. retract previous statement…
I don't know where to ask this question, but:
If I wear a 12 in Wolverine 1ks and Red Wing Moc Toes and Iron Rangers were too msall in a 12 (i would need a 13), what size would I need in a trench boot?

Just have to give oak Street the praise it deserves. Sent my boat shoes into them last Thursday to have the insoles replaced, one had cracked in half, and I already have them back. Can't beat customer service like that. Plus they charged me nothing for them. Again, I love oak street

I vaguely remember OSB posting somewhere about working on some oxfords coming out this year. Anyone else see that? I can't seem to find the link or post.

I'll second that ohighyo. Tonys service was truly above and beyond.. And I had a lot of stupid questions for him. Not unlike the kind of service offered by IHUK.
My natural trench with cristie (sp?) sole is becoming one of my favourite pairs at only a few weeks into our journey. I truly love them and recommend OSB to all.Mike.

some how with the materials used on this boot i'm not soo sure this collab will make your budgets
i kind of wish they did a collab more geared towards riders, kind of like the one they did with deus ex machina.

or just something more rugged, kind of like they did for imogene+willie with the heavier sole

sorry links will have to do for the moment. love for both brands, but you've spoiled me with high standards.
