We know you love IH, but where do you think we can improve?

Big fan of the Iron Heart two-way zipper on my McLain. Talk about heavy-duty!
That's a YKK
Yep, meant to point that out in the post; thanks!

I have a Riri zip on my Wallet, its cool for stuff like that, but I can´t imagine an IH product with a Riri zip. The YKK zips on my IH sweats and jackets are really cool and working, never had a problem.

Never owned a Riri, but the Talon on my superblacks is amazing. for some reason I imagine something like this for the IHSW-10: http://www.talonzippers.com/fasteners/zippers/vintage/

Received an vintage 5Brother flannel from @Megatron1505 .
One impressing detail: A collar stay. The stays ensure that the collar lies flat against the collarbone, looking crisp and remaining in the correct place. But they are plastic and not removable. Can you do a prototype shirt with pockets on the underside of the shirt.
If that works, everybody can decide on his own, to put strips such as brass, ssteel, mother of pearl or nothing in the pockets. -
Not sure if this is the right thread for this but here is a suggestion for the forum…. in buying and selling how about an "interest check" designated thread? that way people can just type in a couple of quick lines about an item without going through an entire sale thread set up, then if theres no interest we don't need to go to the trouble. that way the actual sale thread wouldn't get clogged with stuff that isn't technically for sale yet.

My apologies. I was in no way implying anyone would get any enjoyment watching people scrap for extinct items. A poor use of metaphor on my behalf.
Let me re-phrase. It would be nice for extinct items to become available ever now and then. Especially in the shirting department.
Thanks.

UHRs, UHFs, blanket-lined denim shooting jackets… Stick around for a while, No.88, and you'll see it happens often enough.
Edit: Resurrections with slight modifications, and improvements, happens with shirting, too. Heavy, black denim westerns that fade; heavy, black denim westerns that don't; lightweight, herringbone, "crinkly" flannels; multitude of chambrays; blue oxfords, etc.

What about a "Deal of the month"?
You could offer a little discount for an extant product for some days in every month. Maybe more people will finally pull the trigger for an item they wanted for so long + you could catch some new customers. -
^ This is a good idea, especially on items that people would consider "Iron Heart Basics", or the must items you must own, jeans, denim shirts, type III's, chambrays etc….

I like this idea too

I also think this is a great idea.

88. I knew what you meant, sorry my answer must have been vague. The issue is that (some) people buy an endangered item because it is endangered, it is released in limited numbers and will be gone when its gone. Those people get really pissed off when they have spent ages tracking down an extinct item on the secondary market and then I release effectively the same thing.
So, in the main, I try and keep extinct as extinct. I have "phoenixed" the odd item, but I really try not to.
