Went back the next day and it was sold. Along with an MF jacket and MF bags. I was gonna buy it all.
-
What other MF was on sale?
-
Buckleback jeans. Not sure what else.
-
Damn Instagram. Great pic of the MF Palladium boots caused a impulse buy. They kind of rind me of a shacket. Not quite all boot or all sneaker.
-
Holy fuck… was it this one?
-
Takes a long time to get to that from this:
Personally, I rarely wore them, since I didn't like the look of dark denim from waist to toe. Ended up selling them about a year ago.
-
That explains why the laces looked so bleached out. I was wondering about that. My experience with Palladium is that they are damn near indestructible.
-
I agree; Christophe seems like a good egg and definitely has a good sense of style (though very hit or miss for me) and stylish promotion. They gotta fix that ghetto ass web site though, which they are working on.
-
I like the website! I think it has a certain charm to it.
-
I guess it is retro

Yeah, I know it'll take some serious abuse to get the boots to that level, but damn. I like the charm and the authentic way the products are displayed. It's hit or miss for me too (glad I'm not the only one). I take pieces at face value and not really as a period piece. The natural henley that's getting ready to drop is a must have IMO.

I was a little worried, but after picking up IH beige cords and olive 705's I figured why not. I agree about the denim head to toe. Thanks for posting pics.

It's straight up 100% wordpress aka blogging software. Still some of the most popular blogging software on the market, but it's not intended for the usage it has. I hate wordpress after having developed websites on the software for years. Really really dodgy stuff.
That said I think they've done a good job to develop any kind of function web shop/site that allows online sales to take place. The software they've used they've gone through hard-yards to allow online sales at all to this point.

Dito. Wearing them to work often gets me odd looks but no one's had the balls to ask why I'm wearing early 1900's inspired workwear clothing into the office :). I like the look, materials, and it often fits well, just different.

I don't mind the personal touch of the orders ONE BIT! Sorry I did sound judgmental there but it's a pleasure to deal with MF!
-
Agreed, Cristian has been great to work with on the past orders. He took the time to throw in his opinion on some of the up coming pieces that he's seen IRL. Very conversational rather than transactional.

Does anybody know where to get their utility braces? I've looked all over and can't even find them, other than some blog pictures.
