I came to work today wearing my Bareback, like I have for most of the week. I wasn’t going to post another pic of it today but then I watched @denim-dawg and @Stitch ’s video while wearing my favorite leather jacket and it made me feel so proud. So here it is again gents and ladies…

@natefreezy there is very little value to what I’m showing here, but I took this picture just a second ago. These samples have been stapled to my fence for the last 15 months or so.

The leather on the right is the leather that will be used for the new Pale Riders. Never treated. It’s still rather spongy…as it was rather spongy new. Honestly, it hasn’t changed color much due to UV light like the old leather. I would say the new leather will age rather slowly and can handle one hell of a beating.

The middle leather, is the Mustang leather used on the new Simmons Bilt: Tailgunner collab. Crispy as heck at this point. But god I’ve been thinking about that jacket a lot.

@CosmoSix5 agreed. Wonderful weight, texture, dripping with indigo, and an incredible fit.

@Alex cool cool! I can be patient (hard saying that with a straight face)

@Heritage_Guy I balance my phone on a tissue box on top of a table(to get the height I like)with a water bottle behind it to hold it up with an 10 second timer…also with a window in front for good lighting.

@pechelman The lenses (even before I put RX in) were really putting a lot of strain on my eyes. Giving me a nauseous feeling and eye discomfort. I think it was the tint gradient ultimately. I had RX put in to match the style of the original lens. The tint was like, darker on top and transitioning into lighter tint as it went to the bottom of the lens.
Still bothered me. Next time we tried polarized and less tint gradient. Still bothered me but a lot less. Finally we just did an even tint color over the whole lens and that took away all the discomfort.

@Tago-Mago ah! Suppose I should have checked there first before asking.

It was such a long time between the first couple runs I wasn’t sure if it was going to happen again.

@AdamJ any chance this will make it to “Continuous Production?”
