The 816-DD are my perfect sizing.. hoping these will be similar and that they stick around for a while. My charcoal 712 have become my favorite pants and thinking these might be a nice heavier alternative for cooler months.

@Giles - im guessing these are endangered for the time being?

I think so, very few retailers were interested, so I'd have to commit to a lot to do a re-run.  That maybe too much of an ask…..

I'm hoping that the leg opening on these is more like the original 816. Both the black wabash and DD had considerably wider hems.  The original 816 was ideal for me, with room in the thigh and moderate taper below the knee.  Either way, these are going to be hard to pass on.
