Honestly blown away by the quality of macro shots on the new iPhone 13pro. granted it's nothing too spectacular, but for a mobile device, I have to say I'm quite impressed. of course, you can't compare it to dedicated macro lenses with DSLRs

Looks really good for , like you say…a mobile device.
Im still more than happy with my 12pro-max .. probably won't update for at least a couple of years. -

Im still more than happy with my 12pro-max .. probably won't update for at least a couple of years.yeah the 12pro max was brilliant, especially in night settings. having the sensor shift technology in that was huge. glad they brought it down to the non max version.

The new macro video capability is pretty cool with the 13 as well, but im going to hang onto the 12 pro max for as long as it makes sense.
When they come out with the hologram function…im all in -
Amazing looking shots with a phone…a PHONE!
I may never take my Nikon out with me again -
Good definition there @Fadez !
You guys just may prod me out of my Iphone X max comfort zone! -
Haha dinobarnesberlin ! Definitely going to take my Nikon out still. I just feel like I have way more control and ability to focus more. But dang does this phone make everyday shots really super easy and accessible.
motojobobo the Xs does have this feature too. But the cameras have definitely improved quite a bit since that generation. I’m loving my 13 Pro Max since it’s a huge upgrade from my X. Battery life, speed, and camera are just major quality of life upgrades for me.

Really digging all the great submissions here,
here’s some 23mm shots from our summer trip to Elba.Shot on my Fuji XT4 with the 23/1.4
I shoot in JPG only, all adjustments are predefined in my custom film recipes. That’s what I love Fuji for![](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/ihf-imag no es/306/20736/03317522-72bf-4356-9161-c355df11d9b5.jpeg)

Thanks, guys!
Totally agree. It’s the „story“ that makes a picture. And people make stories.
@Jett129 Your lensball pics are amazing. What’s that thing exactly? Never heard of it…

I’m just learning Lensball Photography,as I was getting bored with my own photography. I thought let me try some of this. There are people who are doing some really outrageous creative cool stuff with them. Go to www.Lensball.com as well as their social media feeds. They are always offering specials. Took me a while to get to be able to edit just the image inside the Lensball, which is a refraction, which is why it’s always upside down, unless you rotate it. @weftyarn
