- Can be used when you need to return an item to Iron Heart, either for a refund or an exchange
- This is a 1-3 working day, tracked and signed-for service
- To be used for a single item, if you have more than one item please drop us an email first and we will let you know if there is any additional fee to pay

- On receipt of your return shipping order/request please allow one working day (Monday to Friday) for us to process the shipment, after which you will receive an email directly from UPS with a link to print shipping label and further instructions
- In most cases, invoice documentation will be processed electronically, but for a few countries you will also receive invoices which need to be signed, dated and included with the package
- You then either arrange for a UPS pick up or drop the package at your nearest UPS shop/depot, further information will be provided in the UPS communication
